TEACHING THE MEDICINE OF THE FUTURE®
![]()
In 1994, founding director Danielle Perrault, RHN, RNCP
was facilitating a successful series of workshops on Nutritional
Symptomatology when students, who were impressed by the knowledge they
acquired, started to ask about further education in the field.
It was the expression of interest and enthusiasm from students that led Ms.
Perrault on a journey of discovery that resulted in the creation of a formal
education program in Natural Nutrition. Research with students revealed the
desire for a quality program focused on empowerment—not persuasion or
confusion—a program that would encourage individuality and enable students
to make a difference in their own lives and in the lives of others. With
that understanding, the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) was
created and the first two locations opened in 1995.

CSNN schools are more accessible, with 11 locations coast to coast, offering individualized attention and unmatched student support services.
CSNN instructors possess a diversity of experience and knowledge. All CSNN
instructors are qualified, trained professionals in their respective fields.
Every instructor receives specialized training in effective teaching
techniques and a clear understanding of the CSNN philosophy. This enables
CSNN schools nationwide to maintain consistent quality programming.
CSNN strives to keep our courses interesting, practical and up-to-date at
all times.
Dedicated to quality, CSNN is a forerunner in classroom education with professional staff, science-based curriculum and the best student support services in the industry.
Our Office Staff
In the fall of 1996, in cooperation with Lisa Adams, RHN, RNCP and Anna Mae Adams, RHN, RNCP, our distance education division became a reality. Together, Lisa and Anna Mae bring to the school a combined experience of some 30 years in the field and a vast knowledge of the administration and distribution of such courses. Students can now realize what, for many of them, was an unreachable goal prior to the introduction of these complete homestudy programs—the achievement of not one, but two professional designations.
