Upon successful completion, graduates will receive either a diploma in Natural Nutrition or a diploma in Holistic Gerontology from CSNN. All graduates are welcome to attend our graduation ceremony in the Toronto area in the Fall.
CSNN introduces progressive and unique programming like the Registered Elder Care Practitioner Program.

Registered Elder Care Practitioner (RECP)
Program Description
In keeping with our commitment to providing timely educational
opportunities, CSNN now offers a unique program in Elder Care. The
present infrastructure of health care for the aging population is
inadequate and seniors are the fastest growing segment of our society.
By the year 2011, Canadian statistics indicate that the number of
seniors will have grown to 5 million. This presents a significant career
opportunity for many interested and knowledgeable people.
The goal of CSNN Gerontology is to train caregivers who are motivated by
the desire to help seniors lead independent lives. The Elder Care
Program offers a practical and holistic approach to care giving. It is
an Adult Education program open to everyone with the ability to learn
and the empathy to assist those in need. This course is suitable for
students already working in the field or looking for a more rewarding
career.
Our Natural Nutrition (RHN) Diploma program leads the way with comprehensive curriculum and a professional designation.

Registered Holistic Nutritionists/Registered Holistic Nutritional
Consultants (RHNs) are professionals trained in Natural Nutrition and
complementary therapies, whose principal function is to educate individuals
and groups about the benefits and health impact of optimal nutrition.
Mainstream medicine does not emphasize the significance of poor nutrition as
a major cause of a wide range of health disorders. Although most people are
aware of the benefits of sound nutrition, the range of conflicting
information available to the consumer is often confusing. RHNs guide their
clients through the maze of information from books, magazines, supplements
and diets on the market. They work with clients to identify and help correct
the nutritional causes of disease and they are qualified to design
personalized diet and lifestyle programs that optimize health.
Registered Holistic Nutritionists/Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultants (RHNs) work in private practice or with other health care professionals to institute preventive health care programs.
The first module of this program is also available as a certificate course in Nutritional Symptomatology.
