TAX RECEIPTS for fees paid will be issued for the tax year during which work is submitted.
REFUNDS are available for unused tuition fees up to 3 months from date of payment, subject to 15% administration fee (minimum $100.00). No refunds on texts or study materials. There are no refunds beyond 3 months from the date of payment or once a tax receipt has been issued. Fees that are no longer refundable are non-transferrable between sessions, branches and/or participants.
Students outside of Canada please note:
- Shipping charges are in addition to handling charges, noted below, and will be based on individual weight of package and destination. Please phone or e-mail for details.
- U.S. students also add $50.00 non-refundable handling fee to first payment.
- Students outside Canada and the U.S. also add $100.00 non-refundable handling fee to first payment.
- All fees must be paid in Canadian dollars by International Money Order or by charge card (Visa, Master Card or American Express)
Terms of application
- Submission of this form constitutes knowledge, acceptance and understanding of all CSNN policies and procedures as outlined on this website and shall be taken as confirmation that all information contained herein is true and accurate as of the date of submission.
- Further, submission of this form releases the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Inc. and all branches and affiliations from all claims of damage arising from any accident or injury which is caused by or arises from participation of the applicant named herein, during any program or in any facility or at any location where a program is held.
- I understand that I have two years in which to complete all tests and assignments, beyond which time upgrading, at my own expense, could be mandatory should graduation requirements have changed. At the end of two years, an additional 2 months is allowed in which to prepare for and write the final exam.
- I understand that, although as a CSNN Graduate I will be a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, it may be advisable to use a different title in some provinces. In Nova Scotia and New Brunswick–Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant; in Alberta–Holistic Nutritionist or Holistic Nutritional Consultant.
- In submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read and understood all course descriptions. I understand and agree that ALL subjects are required and must be completed.
